    Love all categories, but category 4 is by far something that will bring you the most success in the short term imo, especially during the times we live in right now. But all are great! 🔥

    Great point. Hard to swallow as an ego-driven “creative” that tends to prefer launching something client-centric yet dramatically new. But serious question; isn’t it all in how you present it? Can’t an argument be made that any new “category creator” SaaS is likely just disrupting an established category?

    You have leaked my secret with number one, starting up my SaaS CRM next week…first meeting with my developers is on Friday.

    I am slightly shifting away from CRM and calling it a BMS (business management software) as it’s more of a business software which of course includes a CRM.
