The one where I say Software-as-a-service is similar to transportation as a service. Hotmail and Gmail are like the city bus.

Scott it is an excellent analogy. It has always been hard to explain these concepts to non-tech people. This makes it very obvious and explainable
transport analogy perfect, concise and precise. Saas like a bus ride , Paas Like a care rental or uber , Iaas as car owner, (insurance, MoT )… All makes sense
